All services are consultative in nature and are delivered immediately upon onboarding.
3. Payments & Billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For annual or recurring plans, billing will occur automatically at the agreed interval.
By subscribing, you authorize Imperial Enterprises LLC to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the immediate and digital nature of our consulting services, all sales are final once access is provided.

5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate business information necessary for effective consulting.
Use our materials and advice for lawful purposes only.

While our goal is to provide effective marketing strategies, we do not guarantee specific results, sales, or revenue outcomes. Success depends on multiple factors outside our control, including client implementation and market conditions.
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
Imperial Enterprises LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services rendered.
8. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. Both parties agree not to disclose proprietary or sensitive information shared during the consulting engagement.
9. Intellectual Property
All consulting materials, frameworks, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of Imperial Enterprises LLC. Clients are granted limited rights to use materials internally for their own business purposes only.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to our services if a client violates these Terms or engages in abusive or unlawful behavior. Upon termination, outstanding payments remain due.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
