2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in the following limited cases:

Duplicate payments caused by a technical error.

Unintentional overcharges or billing errors on our side.

Because of this immediate commencement of service, cancellations or refunds for reasons such as “change of mind” or “non-use” are not accepted.
